Restaurant and bar interior design in Bangkok, planned from covers, service routes and the licence before a single finish is chosen. Gratitude Design has drawn and delivered cocktail bars, wine bars, seafood restaurants and beach clubs across Thailand — some as design commissions documented for the client’s contractor, others turn-key, where the studio that drew the room also built it. A hospitality room has to work twice over: it must photograph well on opening night and still trade profitably after a year of service. That means the bar, the kitchen and the stage are located first, and the furniture is arranged around the routes between them. Each project below is published with a written case study.
